I just took a peek at their 1st session blog post. The irony is not lost on me that both in 2015 and 2017 I photographed the same families in the same week.Let’s start with the annual “gimme a kiss” picture.  I know I know, it reminds you of my 90 second challenge.  They only gave me 60 seconds LOL. I honestly think they love it as much as I do.  Mom does and that’s all that counts, right?

This year we did ice cream, played at the park, and refreshed their outdoor Colorado portraits. Yes, I took pictures outside on purpose.  We walked by Tilt on the way to the park, I can’t wait until it opens and I can teach Chloe all about Pac-Man. I am already planning year 4 😉  If I get a vote it will involve baking some of mom’s amazing chocolate chip cookies.  It is after midnight and all I can think about is her cookies with some Sweet Cow ice cream.  Sprinkles… must have sprinkles.

While I was documenting this family in the courtyard of Sweet Cow/Lucky Pie a woman asked if this was a family session.  When I said “yes it is” she said this was the best idea she had ever heard of.  So do me a favor if you think you know someone that would enjoy this type of photography send them a link to this post.  You might even get some brownie points 🙂 #sharingiscaring
