Are you worried about booking newborn photos during a pandemic? Particularly my long-time clients having all these new babies that I desperately want to snuggle. COVID-19 restrictions prevented me from photographing three Fresh 48s and one birth, but I am back at work for at-home sessions.
I don’t mean those porch portraits every photographer on earth seems to be offering at the moment, but good ol’ 100% Colie sessions. Well… that’s a lie. They are a bit different.
Are you scared to have a photographer in your space? I don’t blame you. I swear after the 10 weeks I spent locked inside my house I just don’t know how to act around other humans. Seriously. So what is different about sessions now? You can read about Colorado’s Safer at Home policies here.
While I have seen mostly returning faces, I did get to meet one new adorable baby. His parents were pretty cool too. The best thing about all the clients I have photographed since I have re-opened is I get to see them ALL again in 6 more months. Seriously, Yearbook clients are the best part of my job!
I would have just been heartbroken if I missed the opportunity to meet Ev and Tessa’s new baby brother. I photographed both Ev and Tessa‘s first year of life and will do the same for Cameron. It’s okay if you are not ready for this Boulder Newborn Photographer to be IN your house. I would also just LOVE to come and hang out in the yard, documenting you all enjoying this beautiful summer weather. I promise to take all the allergy pills I can get my hands on before I come over! Still not convinced, watch the film below. Then reach out so we can chat about your family session!
