Philadelphia Family Photography. Ever wonder if your kids are too old for a photo session? They are not, promise! This fall I headed back to Philadelphia to photograph the Kelleys again (see their winter session HERE) but this time we took advantage of the perfect weather and stayed outdoors. We all know I am #inhomesessionsforlife, BUT if we are running around doing actual activities I love it. This is the perfect thing to do with tweens.
We started the session downtown to have lunch at Reading Terminal Market and I didn’t even eat a cheesesteak. Rob ordered me the most delicious sandwich, great now I’m hungry. After when we asked the kids if they would rather bowl or play miniature golf, you know each kid picked a different activity LOL. To end the debate, the nice word for sibling squabbles, I chose a quick round of golf before we headed out to Merrymead Farm. All the fall goodness, minus the (sold out) cider donuts: tossing apples, going on a hayride, getting lost in a corn maze, and eating farm goodies were all a fantastic choice for the end of this session.
I kind of feel bad because I didn’t even take Chloe to pick a pumpkin this year at Rock Creek Farm, but I did it with the Kelleys. Next year I will take Chloe on opening weekend. OhOh locals also check out Anderson Farms or 7th Generation Farm. If I should check out a different farm leave me a comment!
We can do these activities anywhere, but Philly locals I come to your area at least twice a year for sessions. So if you want a Philadelphia family photography session of your own, reach out! Then I will add you to my Philadelphia list and you are the first to hear when I make plans to come out again.
