This month has literally flown by and I am loving our new normal. I am getting so much work done on Tuesday & Thursday mornings while you are in school with teachers & friends. When I arrived to pick you up today I made sure to snap a picture of you in circle time. It was the first time I remember you NOT waiting anxiously at the door for me to pick you up! The rest of our days are filled with playdates, visiting the park (in non-arctic temperatures), making pancakes, getting coffee, and watching Ice Age. Pretty soon I am going to be REALLY tired of watching “the baby” so perhaps a few new movies will be under the Christmas tree this year. Your new snack of choice is popcorn. Sometimes I think you want me to make popcorn JUST so you can hear it popping in the microwave. It was my goal to begin transitioning you to your own room for bedtime this month, but really I think I would miss you. So maybe, eventually, in 2014 I will get you into your bed but for now I will just enjoy the snuggles while I can.
Love you forever and ever…
