Dearest Chloe-

I love you more than life itself.  More than blue bell ice cream, more than stuffed chicken tortillas from The Cheesecake Factory, more than Scandal, more than my camera, and even your daddy.

BUT if you don’t stop falling asleep while you eat your dinner I am going to go crazy and put you outside with a “free to a good home” sign.

Man that felt good to say.  Of course I do not mean a word of it… mommy loves you bunches.  BUNCHES.  But really?  Sleeping from 6:30pm to 12:30am and then being UP from until 5:30am in the morning is not acceptable in any civilized society and certainly not in THIS house.  So… no more falling asleep in the highchair, mmmmkay?

If you want to actually nap please go to sleep before 4pm and be up by 7pm.  I should have known something was wrong when you went upstairs and it was SO SO SO quiet.

Let’s talk about the chicken.  I KNOW you love chicken.  Everyone knows you love chicken.  But sometimes when we don’t have any chicken in the house, we have to go OUTSIDE in the car to get some.  So when it takes mommy 45 minutes to convince you that clothes are required to go outside to get some, mommy has lost all her energy to go get said chicken.  Side note- no matter how many times you scream CHICKEN or look in the kitchen for the chicken it will not appear out of thin air.

Last, let’s talk about this potty training business.  Do you love mommy?  Do you love fruit snacks?  Do me a favor, SIT ON THE POTTY and you will make mommy happy AND get fruit snacks.  It’s a win-win situation and DUDE you get to wear Elmo panties… Grover too.
