I’m not sure Lancaster ever felt like home, but I did live there for three years in high school. Three very long years 😂
I was actually SUPER excited when mom first contacted me for a Weekend with Colie and I realized they lived in Lancaster. I immediately began dreaming of my favorite meal. After I landed in Baltimore and started driving into PA I looked it up and realized Tony Wangs had closed permanently. I was devastated, like cried myself to sleep, sad. I loved that restaurant soo much I would drive up to two hours for my Garlic Chicken anytime I was remotely in the area.
Onto happier stuff, this family was SO awesome. Not only are Mel and Kevin adorable together and with their one-year-old Lucy, but can I just say how fabulous it was to sit at a dinner table with other adults like COVID didn’t exist? The best part was capturing all the moments we take for granted as first-time parents.
How many adults does it take to dress a toddler 😂
I cannot wait until my next visit with them.
